Tactical Operations Center (TOC) Commander

The objective of our program is to prepare the intern to independently lead TOC operations with full proficiency in contingency planning, remote crisis response, team leadership, and technology integration using Mithril’s proprietary Campus Guardian Angel platform.

ABOUT THE JOB

Mithril Defense is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tactical Operations Center (TOC) Commander to lead and oversee individual tactical teams responsible for executing contingency operations against active school shooter threats. Operating from a remote Tactical Operations Center (TOC) In Austin, the Tactical Commander will be responsible for the real-time coordination, execution, and supervision of their TOC team the responds virtually to neutralize threats and safeguard lives in school shooter situations. The role also includes responsibility for the manning, equipping, training, and rehearsal of assigned teams to ensure operational effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly skilled and experienced in leading tactical operations.
• Proficiency in contingency planning, remote crisis response, team leadership, and technology integration.
• Ability to use Mithril’s proprietary Campus Guardian Angel platform.
