As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Boston Dynamics robotic solutions to our customers, ensuring their seamless integration and operational success. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including collaborating closely with customers to align system capabilities with their operational needs and designing site-specific solutions.
Monitor robot health, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate repairs and field support. Deploy software/firmware updates, maintain teleoperation systems, develop troubleshooting procedures, and use field data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements across engineering teams.
