For the Federal Business Development Manager SkillBridge internship, the intern will work with White Knight Labs (WKL) and other companies with existing contracts to support WKL’s efforts to secure government contracts and projects related to cybersecurity and penetration testing. The intern will assist in identifying federal opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategies to win new business. They will collaborate with senior managers and technical teams to prepare proposals, respond to government RFPs, and maintain compliance with federal procurement regulations.

ABOUT THE JOB

For the Federal Business Development Manager internship, the intern will have the following responsibilities:• Assist in identifying and researching federal business opportunities related to cybersecurity and penetration testing.• Support the development and execution of strategies to win government contracts and projects.• Collaborate with senior managers to draft proposals and respond to federal Requests for Proposals (RFPs).• Conduct market analysis to track government spending trends and competitor activities.• Help ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all proposal submissions.• Develop and maintain relationships with key government agencies and stakeholders.• Stay up-to-date on federal cybersecurity initiatives and government procurement policies.
