Intern position consist of shadowing multiple different real estate professionals to decide which route is best for you. We have general real estate, property management, mortgage lenders, insurance, CAMs, Commercial, eatOnce you have decided a direction we support you in picking and enrollment in an accredited state approved program to earn your state required license. If achieved before or during skillbridge we move immediately to place you in a permanent internship with an industry expert as a trainer and mentor.
Must have a car and a laptop. Must have the means and ability to submit an application for State licensing in Florida and/or Alabama

The licensing cost to obtain a real estate license in Florida or Alabama and participate with local associations. These fees are set by the State and Associations. Once licensed you will pay the associated cost of having a broker active your license and insure you to practice real estate. This is a monthly cost of $100.00
We accept participation from Panama City, FL to Foley, AL and the entire coast coast in between.
