Use SAP Business One to maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation. Coordinate tray transfers and replenishments across 29+ distributor territories nationwide. Manage lot numbers, serial numbers, and UDI codes for complete FDA traceability from manufacturing through patient use.Customer Service & Relationship Management (30%)Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 100 field sales representatives and 29 independent distributors. Respond to inquiries within 4-hour service standard, prioritizing surgical case support to prevent procedure delays.
