The Advanced Technician performs complex installations including high-density cabling, advanced fiber splicing, and system certification. This role is responsible for learning QA/QC, ensuring all work meets client and industry standards. The Advanced Technician mentors junior personnel, resolves technical challenges, and ensures system performance validation.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Advanced Technician preforms advanced fiber splicing and certification, executes high-density and data center installations, learns QA/QC inspections and system validation, mentors and guides junior personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Performs complex installations including high-density cabling and advanced fiber splicing.
• Responsible for learning QA/QC and ensuring all work meets client and industry standards.
• Mentors junior personnel, resolves technical challenges, and ensures system performance validation.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Must currently have a TS/SCI with Poly for secured facilities opportunities.
• Advanced fiber splicing and certification skills.
• Ability to execute high-density and data center installations.
