S & R Truck Driving Institute (SRTDI) offers a 12-week SkillBridge opportunity for transitioning service members interested in administrative operations and customer service. Participants receive hands-on experience in front desk operations, scheduling, student intake, communication, and office workflow support within a professional workforce environment.
Participants assigned to the Front Desk Operations Specialist position will support daily administrative and customer service operations within the organization. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with student intake, maintaining office workflow, and supporting communication between staff and participants. Participants will gain hands-on experience in professional office administration, customer service, workplace communication, and civilian workforce readiness.
Transitioning service members within approved separation timelines who meet participation, attendance, and professional conduct requirements.
