Emergency Medical Technician Employment
This course is designed for those with little to no medical background wanting to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Students receive classroom lectures, hands-on practical applications, work with state of the art training simulators and automated digitalized medical mannequins. Additionally, each student is required to work with a local Rescue Squad or with a local Fire Station that provides EMT services for a minimum of 48 hours. Upon completion of the program, the students can take the NC EMT Certification exam or the National Registry Certification exam to be licensed as a certified EMT.

Book not needed first night of class and optional vendors are provided to the student the first night of class.
