Entry-level welding positions in industries such as manufacturing, construction, fabrication, and shipbuilding. With skills in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)

ABOUT THE JOB

Entry-Level Welder – Performing basic welding tasks in industrial and commercial settings.Fabrication Welder – Assembling and welding metal components for various applications.Structural Welder – Welding on construction projects such as bridges and buildings.Manufacturing Welder – Working on production lines to create metal products and components.

RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Must attend orientation session at Workshop for Warriors to be considered for selection.

Upon completion Welding: Receive American Welding Society qualification. To earn this the Service Member's welding sample is sent off to be independent tested.
