The Levato & Sons Construction & Masonry SkillBridge Training Program provides transitioning Service Members with hands-on training in commercial and residential construction operations. Participants will gain real-world experience in masonry, site preparation, equipment operation, project coordination, safety compliance, and construction management fundamentals. The program is designed to translate military leadership, discipline, and technical aptitude into civilian construction and skilled trades careers.
Participants will train alongside experienced construction professionals and supervisors. Duties include assisting with masonry work, concrete installation, site layout, material handling, equipment operation, safety inspections, and jobsite coordination. Service Members will also be exposed to project scheduling, cost controls, client interaction, and subcontractor coordination. Emphasis is placed on OSHA safety standards, teamwork, and leadership development within a civilian construction environment.
