Certified Flight Instructor. Provide flight, simulator and ground instruction in accordance with the FARs (Federal Aviation Regulations) and Snohomish Flying Service TCOs (Training Course Outlines).
ABOUT THE JOB
Prepare student schedules and maintain student records. Ensure lesson standards, objectives and completion standards are met by each student. Perform as part of Flight Instructor workgroup, working with other Flight Instructors, Check Instructors, Chief Instructor, as well as other Flight School/Flight Department personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide flight, simulator, and ground instruction in accordance with the FARs and Snohomish Flying Service TCOs
- Prepare student schedules and maintain student records

- Perform as part of Flight Instructor workgroup, collaborating with other Flight Instructors, Check Instructors, Chief Instructor, and other Flight School/Flight Department personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have minimum FAA Certified Flight Instructor- Instrument certificate
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Minimum 12 months' work experience, with 6 months performed in a professional office environment. Excellent customer service skills, aviation knowledge helpful, dispatching skill desired. High school diploma or GED, 2-year degree or equivalent, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
