Digital Cloak Internal IT Support
Digital Cloak’s program is carefully curated to provide individuals with hands on experience in a small-sized company’s Information Technology team geared to ensuring success at the completion of the program. We provide hands-on and virtual lecture-style training in a variety of technical and non-technical areas such as JAMF, managing help desk tickets, PowerPoint presentations, networking, and other areas of the IT sector. Not only will participants gain essential experience, but they will also take the JAMF 100 and CompTIA Security+ Certification.
ABOUT THE JOB
Participant will work with a small team allowing for one-on-one mentorship with seasoned professionals with prior service experience. The participant will learn various tools and skills pertaining to being an Information Technology professional such as networking, JAMF, help desk ticketing systems, technical writing, and security principals.
