Cattle Herd Manager Job Training/Internship
This position will oversee animal health, and facility bio-security. Duties would include: Feeding and caring for livestock, following treatment and preventative health programs, Insuring feeding systems are operational (troubleshooting issues when needed), Maintain system cleanliness and disinfection, Assist with equipment operations and manure management (operating tractors, manure spreaders, and skid loaders). Help initiate rotational grazing system and protocols.
Must be able to physically lift at least 50lbs.
