We are looking for a motivated and talented service member who is transitioning out of the service and wants to learn the ropes of recruitment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions in Federal Construction Management. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from our experienced recruiters, and you will have the opportunity to work on real projects and assignments.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Field Consultant is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open field staff positions with talented and qualified candidates, ensuring that candidates will hold ACE in the highest esteem possible. This individual reports directly to the Vice President of Recruiting for Field Operations and will actively engage in sourcing and screening candidates, as well as coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers of employment, and any associated negotiations. All ACE employees are expected to uphold the mission, vision, and values of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions in Federal Construction Management
