Summary - Available for 30, 60, 90, 120, and 180 Day SkillBridge Training LengthThis 100% remote SkillBridge program prepares transitioning Service Members for civilian careers in sales outreach, business development, customer engagement, and workforce solutions. Participants will support Arista Outplacement by conducting outreach to employers, workforce organizations, referral partners, and job seekers while learning modern sales, CRM, AI, and relationship-building techniques.
Participants will conduct professional outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate new business opportunities. Training includes CRM management, lead generation, AI-assisted messaging, appointment setting, relationship management, reporting, and business development while supporting workforce transition services.
Must be a good learner and computer Savy; We are looking for people who love networking, and creating new relationships
