Business Financial Reports – Demonstrate knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, job cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, and government contract fee structures.2. Human Resources Processes – Gain knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, performance counseling, timesheet management, and HR compliance.3. Project Management Processes – Participate in weekly and monthly reporting for USDA and DOT contracts; understand Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.4. TechAnax Operations Management – Provide oversight of contract projects, monitor key metrics, review contracts and modifications, participate in proposal development, and initiate monthly invoicing.5. Contracts & Invoicing – Understand contract structures, purchase orders, modifications, and invoicing under various contract vehicles (GSA MAS, SEWP, standalone).6. Leadership & Operations Review – Prepare and present operational updates to senior leadership.7. PMP Certification Preparation – Complete a PMP Boot Camp and online study modules.8.
