In this position, the intern will gain hands-on experience supporting customers using the VISION and Mission Cultivate platforms. The intern will learn how to manage customer relationships, provide front-line support, assist with onboarding new users, and capture feedback that informs product improvements. Duties include responding to user inquiries through helpdesk systems and email, documenting customer issues and resolutions, assisting with user training sessions and demos, and contributing to the development of customer-facing guides and resources.
