The Outland Agency wants to develop the skills and talents of promising individuals who seek a career in insurance or financial services. Our program will introduce you to marketing, selling, database management as well as develop your soft skills for success. You’ll love this industry and the flexibility it provides. Upon completion of the program, you will have the essential knowledge necessary to establish an insurance career.

ABOUT THE JOB

Graduates of our program will possess the skills and professional licenses that will allow them to pursue a career in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry. Whether they choose to go to work for an existing agency as a Customer Service Representative, an Agency Producer, or even begin a path towards owning their own insurance agency, they will have a multitude of options based on their preference and abilities.
