Business Analyst/Consultant-Service Management

CLER Solutions is a management consulting firm specializing in business transformation, ERP implementation, and operational process improvement. Our SkillBridge program is a 12-week, fully online Employment Skills Training opportunity designed for transitioning service members, with operational backgrounds in maintenance, aviation maintenance, MRO, logistics, supply chain, finance, HR, information technology, warehousing, or electrical systems.Military experience translates directly into consulting. The enterprise systems used in the U.S. military including GCSS-Army, DEAMS, NTCSS, Maximo, DPAS, and LMP are direct analogs to the commercial ERP platforms CLER's clients depend on. Participants train under experienced consultants on real business process challenges, building the skills, credentials, and professional network needed to transition into a high-demand civilian consulting career. Enrollment is continuous. The program is nationwide and delivered 100% online. High-performing participants are supported in pursuing full-time employment with CLER Solutions or a related employer upon completion.

ABOUT THE JOB

Participants train as Business Analysts and Consultants under mentorship from experienced CLER Solutions professionals. Training activities include:Analyzing client business operations and documenting current-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesTranslating business requirements into system and process recommendations aligned to ERP platforms such as IFSSupporting ERP implementation and optimization projects across functional areas including finance, supply chain, maintenance, and human resourcesBridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignmentPreparing written work products including process documentation, gap analyses, requirements specifications, and presentation materialsParticipating in client-facing engagements under direct mentorship from senior consultantsDeveloping professional consulting competencies including structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communicationIdeal candidates have hands-on operational experience in one or more of the following areas: equipment maintenance and management, aviation maintenance, MRO, financial management and accounting, supply chain and logistics, information technology, human resources, warehousing and distribution, electrical or industrial operations, or operations and planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Analyzing client business operations and documenting current-state processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translating business requirements into system and process recommendations aligned to ERP platforms such as IFS
• Supporting ERP implementation and optimization projects across functional areas including finance, supply chain, maintenance, and human resources
• Bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Preparing written work products including process documentation, gap analyses, requirements specifications, and presentation materials
• Participating in client-facing engagements under direct mentorship from senior consultants

QUALIFICATIONS✨
