The Junior Acquisitions Sales Rep is the "engine" of the sales pipeline. This role is primarily responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting and rapid response to inbound inquiries. Their mission is to filter through noise to find motivated sellers, build initial rapport, and move prospects into the "Warm/Hot" categories of the CRM.
The Junior Acquisitions Sales Representative serves as the driving force behind the sales pipeline, focusing on high volume outbound prospecting and immediate engagement with inbound inquiries. This role is responsible for identifying potential opportunities, cutting through unqualified leads, and connecting with property owners to determine interest and motivation. Success in this position requires consistency, urgency, and the ability to initiate conversations that lead to meaningful opportunities.In this role, the individual will focus on building initial rapport, asking the right qualifying questions, and gathering key details about each prospect and their property. The primary objective is to assess motivation, timeline, and overall fit, then accurately categorize and move leads into the appropriate stages within the CRM system. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as this position lays the foundation for successful negotiations by the acquisitions team.This opportunity is ideal for someone who is disciplined, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment. While prior sales experience is helpful, it is not required; what matters most is a strong work ethic, coachability, and the ability to stay organized while managing a high volume of activity.
