Military EMT Academy- St. Louis, MO
Abbot Ambulance is offering a unique opportunity for individuals interested in a rewarding career in pre-hospital medicine. This opportunity is for military personnel who are within their last 180 days of service, to be used as a CSP or SkillBridge. The EMT Academy is a rigorous 8–12-week program offered throughout the year which qualifies the employee to take the NREMT exam. Upon successful completion of the class, all tests and state certification, the employee will be supported in their application for an EMT position at AMR.
Be at least 18 years oldHave proof of a HS diploma or GEDValid Driver’s LicenseHave all required immunizationsSuccessfully complete the pre-employment screening which includes motor vehicle and criminal background checks, drug testing and a physical agility testBe and Active-Duty Service Member within 180 days of EAS with command approval.
