PFPA Counterintelligence
This position will provide training that applies to those that work as a defensive counterintelligence agent in order to identify and neutralize foreign intelligence threats.
ABOUT THE JOB
Counterintelligence (CI) Agent, GS-1801-13. A defensive counterintelligence agent works to identify and neutralize foreign intelligence threats. They protect sensitive information from espionage, sabotage, and other hostile activities. This often involves conducting awareness training, reporting of suspicious incidents, and liaison with partner agencies. Defensive counterintelligence agents also train personnel on protection of classified information and awareness. Must have an active Top Secret/SCI.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and neutralize foreign intelligence threats
- Protect sensitive information from espionage, sabotage, and other hostile activities
- Conduct awareness training
- Report suspicious incidents
- Liaise with partner agencies
- Train personnel on protection of classified information and awareness
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI
