The Dispatch & Operations SkillBridge Program at M Coach USA, Inc. offers transitioning service members hands-on training in commercial transportation logistics with a special focus on Department of Defense (DoD) charter operations. ABOUT THE JOB
M Coach USA, Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dispatch & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day planning and execution of transportation services, including high-priority Department of Defense (DoD) contracts, school trips, and private charters. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, preparing trip documentation, ensuring FMCSA/DOT compliance, and providing excellent client communication throughout each charter movement.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and dispatch drivers for charter trips, military movements, and special eventsCommunicate with DoD clients, base contacts, and civilian customers regarding itineraries and trip updatesCreate and distribute trip sheets, routing plans, and passenger manifestsMonitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulationsMaintain detailed dispatch logs, driver assignments, and service recordsServe as point-of-contact for breakdowns, emergencies, and schedule changesCollaborate with Safety, Maintenance, and Administrative teams to ensure fleet readinessAssist in post-trip debriefs, quality control, and client feedback follow-ups
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for charter trips, military movements, and special events
- Communicate with DoD clients, base contacts, and civilian customers regarding itineraries and trip updates
- Create and distribute trip sheets, routing plans, and passenger manifests
- Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Maintain detailed dispatch logs, driver assignments, and service records
- Serve as point-of-contact for breakdowns, emergencies, and schedule changes
- Collaborate with Safety, Maintenance, and Administrative teams to ensure fleet readiness
- Assist in post-trip debriefs, quality control, and client feedback follow-ups
